Technical Design Manager

ELE Design Services is looking for an experienced Technical Design Manager to lead our Technical Design Department and drive the delivery of technically robust execution‑ready designs for high‑end globally recognised projects.

This is a senior hands‑on role overseeing the full technical design lifecycle from project kick‑off through execution, working closely with designers, studio leadership, contractors, consultants and clients.

Job Description

• Lead and manage the technical design process across multiple high‑end projects
• Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings and joinery details
• Ensure all designs are technically accurate, feasible and compliant with UAE regulations
• Identify and resolve technical risks related to feasibility, budget approvals and timelines
• Manage tender documentation, BOQ reviews, RFIs and contractor coordination
