Technical Design Manager

ELE Design Services is looking for an experienced Technical Design Manager to lead our Technical Design Department and drive the delivery of technically robust, execution-ready designs for high-end, globally recognised projects. This is a senior, hands-on role overseeing the full technical design lifecyclefrom project kick-off through executionworking closely with designers, studio leadership, contractors, consultants, and clients. Job Description Lead and manage the technical design process across multiple high-end projects Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and joinery details Ensure all designs are technically accurate, feasible, and compliant with UAE regulations Identify and resolve technical risks related to feasibility, budget, approvals, and timelines Manage tender documentation, BOQ reviews, RFIs, and contractor coordination Attend site meetings, conduct site inspections, and resolve on-site technical challenges Build strong, trusted relationships with clien...
