We’re looking for a Technical Designer / Tech Pack Specialist who can convert design intent and reference samples into

factory-ready technical documentation

— so our products are executed exactly as designed, with zero ambiguity.
This role is critical to reduce factory miscommunication and ensure

sample-to-bulk consistency .
What you’ll handle
Tech pack creation
Create factory-ready tech packs including:
Flat sketches (front/back)
Measurements & grading
Stitch details (flatlock, seam types, reinforcements)
Fabric composition & GSM
Trims, elastics, labels, hardware
Construction notes, callouts, and spec details
