Technical Director, ASIC Architecture

Responsibilities

MaxLinear is seeking a Technical Director for the Digital ASIC Architecture team. Digital ASIC team provides innovative ASIC solutions for the challenges in wired and wireless communications, storage, networking domains. As an architect you would understand Marketing Requirements and translate them to detailed Systems Requirements, Test Plans and Programming Models for one or more subsystems in the chip. This role requires a holistic view of the system, accounting for various customer use cases and crafting versatile, modular, scalable solutions that meet current and future use cases. The solutions shall ensure compliance with the applicable standards. The solutions shall account for the capabilities and limitations of the applicable technologies.
