Technical Director (Electrical)

Responsibilities
•Management of M&E deliverables from concept design to construction stage support, to project scheduling and budget on a variety of building projects

•Closely monitor and ensure the profitability of projects undertaken by the team

•Set up efficient project monitoring, delivery and implementation strategy including overseeing the technical performance, timely and profitable execution of all projects

•Establishing competent delivery systems / resources and implementing adequate QA/QC systems for all stages of the projects

•Ensure team members adhering to Company rules and regulations and comply with ISO Quality Procedures

•Provide technical guidance to the project and design engineers and resolve any technical problems faced during project design and / or construction stages.

•Undertake responsibilities of Qualified Person and/or Licensed Electrical Worker for the projects.
