We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead and shape the technical and design capability of a high-voltage electrical connections business operating within the ICP and utilities sector. This senior leadership position is responsible for setting technical direction, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding best practice across HV projects up to 132kV. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on governance, providing assurance that all design and engineering activity meets required standards while supporting long-term business growth.
