Responsibilities

• Drive technical excellence on road projects, ensuring high quality and compliance with internal QA processes, client specifications and external rules and standards through the planning, execution and delivery of significant engineering projects.
• Identify and plan the development of technical capabilities across various road disciplines, offering input to support efficient development of personnel and skills.
• Bring front end knowledge actively into our projects and act as technical expert and/or discipline lead in projects.
• Contribute to customer relations by meeting with customers within the road disciplines.
