Position Summary
The Technical Assurance Engineer is responsible for assuring that systems, architectures and technical solutions delivered into Defence environments are fit for purpose, secure and aligned with agreed requirements and standards.
Working closely with engineering leadership, architects and delivery teams, you will assess solutions across their lifecycle - from design through to implementation, accreditation and sustainment.
You will operate as a trusted technical authority, providing evidence-based assurance, risk identification and clear recommendations to support Defence delivery outcomes.
The role requires strong systems thinking, broad technical knowledge and the ability to apply structured assurance practices within highly governed Defence environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess system architectures, infrastructure, security controls and technical solutions to ensure suitability for Defence environments
