Responsibility
1.Responsible for customer training, onsite technical support and troubeshooting;
3.Help change and switch new parts for damaged equipment;
4.Help introduce/ promote new products and technologies to clients, and collect market feedback and suggestions;
5.Work cooperatively within a team and with other departments,
6.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor ;
Job Requirement
1.College diploma or equivalent, major in Computer Science, Engineering or other related majors
2.Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in the time-sensitive environment
3.Experience working with A/V equipment a plus
4.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
5.Working in a multicultural environment.
