Technical Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Engineer to join our team. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of systems and technology solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of technical processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), etc.) are a plus.
