A fantastic opportunity for a driven Technical Engineering Director to join an International Quantum Computing Leader, overseeing their Services Team based in San Sebastian, Spain.

Drives end-to-end delivery on customer projects: from technical scoping to execution and delivery. Builds and curates a high-performance team: responsible for recruitment, mentorship, career development, and fostering an open and collaborative environment. Allocates and optimizes talent across projects: ensures that resources are aligned effectively with department priorities while maintaining workload balance.
