Technical Engineer

Qualifications

• SPM, STPM and Certificate, Diploma / Degree & above in (Moulding/ Vocational/ Technical/ or equivalent);
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in production / manufacturing management and technical;
• Required skills/ knowledge: moulding process/ production control/ machine maintenance;

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the injection moulding process including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and work flow.
• Managing raw moulding materials in a way that ensures traceability and prevents contamination
• Optimises all machine processes by reducing scrap, cycle times and mould changes times
• Asisst with launches of new programs by building a new process to ensure quality products of parts and attends launch meetings prior to production start-up as needed
