Technical Engineer

The Opportunity

Our client, a global leader in high-precision semiconductor back-end equipment, is seeking a Technical Engineer to bridge the gap between design and large-scale contract manufacturing. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an engineer who excels at machine integration, hardware troubleshooting, and technical project ownership.

This is not a process management role. We are looking for a hardware specialist who can diagnose a machine's nervous system and ensure world-class build quality at partner sites across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Integration & Setup: Lead the technical deployment and integration of complex subsystems, including Servo, Mechanical, Optics, and Electronics.
• Technical Problem Solving: Act as the Tier 3 support for troubleshooting equipment subsystems, controller firmware, and factory test processes.
