Technical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Pre‑Sales Technical Support: Provide expert technical advice to customers before sales, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of our ventilation systems.
• Ventilation Fan Systems Oversight: Take full responsibility for the technical aspects of our ventilation fan systems, including the motor with inverter, ensuring smooth installation and operation.
• Training & Education: Educate customers, dealers, and partners on the correct installation, usage, and maintenance of ventilation systems. This includes hands‑on training and troubleshooting when needed.
• On‑Site Farm Support: Offer on‑site support and technical guidance to modern farms, ensuring optimal performance of our systems, dealing with on‑site quality problems, and completing related reports.
