Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align and review technical support activities and achieve project objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners and serve as the primary technical support contact during production line setup.
  • Support production line setup activities and troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
  • Manage and execute the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process.
  • Collaborate with CM managers and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to implement rigorous qualification plans.
