Technical Engineering Assistant

Compile and file related documents (Design Review documents, Approval Drawings, and Manufacturing Drawings) according to the Design Process, both on the server and in hard copy.

Update data on a daily basis and present all data to the designer on a monthly basis.

Prepare Waste BOM and support the designer in preparing Secondary BOM using the EBS system.

Prepare and compile Operating Manuals and Component Catalogs by project.

Support in acquiring quotations from suppliers for ongoing projects.

Prepare and assist in the preparation of drawings for approval, as-built drawings, and manufacturing drawings.

Assist the superior in updating technical ISO documentation and SOPs.

Assist the Engineering team in day-to-day work routines.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

1- 2 years of working experience in E & E industries is preferred.
