Manpower (Technical) recruiting and deployment at site for smooth operation. 2. Weekly / monthly Technical Training to site Employees 3. Frequent sites visiting. 4. New site survey and 100% man power deployment from first day. 5. Review with Client representative regarding various maintenance issue & Improvement. 6. Planning and Attending shutdown as per client requirements. 7. Identification & implementation Safe working practices. 8. Preparation of transition checklist for all MEP. 9. Snagging & De-snagging of Complete MEP System in the property as per the site-specific standards.
