Our client is seeking a Technical Executive to join their team

• Team Leadership: Supervise, plan, and organize a team of on-site contractors to carry out planned and ad-hoc maintenance works efficiently.
• Problem-Solving: Investigate, analyze, and address reported breakdowns & faults to prevent future occurrences and ensure smooth operations.
• Project Management: Oversee upgrading projects as required, applying your technical knowledge to drive successful outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of facilities and systems to maintain functionality and reliability.
• Contractor Management: Ensure contractors adhere to contract requirements, evaluate their performance, and review specifications.
• Stakeholder Communication: Establish good working relationships with stakeholders through effective English communication, both verbal and written.
