Overview

THE SKEYE, an executive search and headhunting consultancy, is currently searching on behalf of a leading publicly listed multinational company, part of the IBEX 35, a Technology Expert (Batteries & PV).

The Technology Expert, reporting to the Group Head of Energy, plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering advanced energy solutions across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize battery and photovoltaic (PV) systems for widespread deployment.
• Lead rigorous testing and homologation processes to ensure the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships to secure cost efficiencies.
• Develop innovative solutions for both client‑specific and shared infrastructure models.
• Design control algorithms to optimize energy usage, grid balancing, and self‑consumption.
