Job Role: Technical Support Specialist

As a technical support specialist, you will provide on-site assistance to clients. Your role involves being the primary point of contact for specific subjects.

  • You will deliver training and prepare interventions at client sites.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, is proficient in English and French languages, with Arabic language skills considered beneficial.


= Masters degree in relevant fields which adds an advantage over others.
>>You must have expertise in areas like Field Support Engineering etc. The idea is that even without prior experience,you would be able to learn and absorb all needed knowledge quickly through Training provided.
