Join our team as a Technical Facilities Manager on a key Defence contract at our secure High Wycombe site.

Job Description

In this role, you will lead the delivery of hard FM services across a technically complex site, managing the full PPM and reactive maintenance programme and overseeing the performance of a team of 6 shift engineers. You’ll ensure operational excellence, compliance, and seamless service across all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems.
