About the role

Be part of a busy and collaborative team providing first and second-level technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues, both remotely and face-to-face.

  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and restore personal computers and devices connected to the network
  • Deliver high-quality client service, managing issues with integrity, compassion, and timely resolution
  • Work from various sites across our Hospital and Aged Care network to resolve technical incidents
  • Participate in the after-hours on-call roster
