Technical Hiring Lead ( Europe and UK)

Job Description
We are seeking a strategic Technical Hiring Lead to partner closely with technology and consulting leadership and drive hiring for senior IT, architecture, presales, and consulting leadership roles across EU & UK exposure to US markets also a plus point . The role combines hands-on leadership hiring with Talent Acquisition leadership , including mentoring a small team, in a high-energy, performance-driven environment .
Key Responsibilities
Partner with technology and consulting leadership to understand hiring needs and design effective hiring strategies
Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior IT and leadership roles , including Solution Architects, Presales Architects, and Consulting Partners
Drive hiring across enterprise technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, and Big Data
Manage and mentor a small TA team , ensuring quality delivery and timely closures
