Technical Hiring Lead ( Europe and UK)

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Technical Hiring Lead to partner closely with technology and consulting leadership and drive hiring for senior IT, architecture, presales, and consulting leadership roles across EU & UK exposure to US markets also a plus point. The role combines hands-on leadership hiring with Talent Acquisition leadership, including mentoring a small team, in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with technology and consulting leadership to understand hiring needs and design effective hiring strategies
