Technical HVAC Coordinator 80-100 Permanent Contract

Responsibilities include ensuring the proper functioning and availability of HVAC systems, planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, analyzing malfunctions, establishing diagnostics, and coordinating technical interventions. Optimize systems and improve energy performance via monitoring tools and manage technical alarms. Coordinate and lead external service providers (maintenance, repairs, inspections). Participate in functionality testing and commissioning of heating systems or equivalent technical solutions. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, project management experience, and the ability to coordinate different stakeholders.
