Technical Illustrator

Job Title: Technical Illustrator

• Key Responsibilities:

• Create Illustrations in compliance with Internal and External guides as well as standards.
• Exhibit proficient knowledge of Illustration tools like Tech Illustrator, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Creo View, AIRINA, AIRNAV and other Illustration tools. Hands-on experience with TecDraw tool is a plus.
• •Showcase sound experience in creation of AMM and IPC Illustrations in accordance with Airbus Guides.
• Possess experience in all Cabin and System related ATA Chapters in all Airbus programs - SA, LR, MB and XWB.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge in understanding and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Proactively deliver qualitative workorders within the planned time frame (OTD).
• Follow a defect free delivery approach at each step of production and fully reach the project objectives.
• Have a continual improvement mindset and extend support for being reviewed and adapt to changes, to align with organization goals and customer requirements.
• Mentor and support freshers in the team

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge on Aircraft Systems & Maintenance supported by an On Job Training or a completed project.
• Knowledge of various Illustration tools.
• Illustration , Having an active AIRBUS proofreader certificate is a plus (for proofreader only).
• S1000D, ATA 100 and ATA iSpec2200.
• English Proficiency level C1

• Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience in Tech Illustrator, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Creo View, AIRINA, AIRNAV and Tech Draw tool

• Experience:

• 1–4 years in aerospace as Technical Illustrator.

• Education:

• BE / BTech in Aerospace, Mechanical, AME or related engineering disciplines.
