Be a point of reference for our customers for technical aspects, ensuring high quality services in the Medical IT arena, work from a high competences European Customer Service Center.
**You are responsible to**
+ Clearly understand performance expectations in terms of technical services and support.
+ Meet with EDI services, applications and sales teams as required to provide customer feedback, assist with project plans and align schedules
+ Assist in providing technical direction and support to Application and Testing teams.
+ Support the EDI Incident Support team in the accumulation and distribution of technical information
+ Keep Philips EDI service information database updated.
+ Provide technical advice on software and hardware upgrades and changes to setup and functionalities
+ Interface to the Research & Development teams for software bug reporting.
