At NRF, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Systems Engineer to join our team.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving escalated incidents, analyzing technical issues, supporting our IT infrastructure and participating in IT projects.

  • Provide 2nd line support and resolve infrastructure-related incidents;
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy);

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Microsoft 365 and Azure. The ideal candidate should have experience as a System Administrator or Engineer in Microsoft environments.
