Job Description

  • Develop and promote sales to existing clients, identify and solicit potential clients
  • Evaluate the client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Gain a clear understanding of the client's business and requirements
  • Provide input into product design, goods and services to be tailored to suit the client's needs
  • Prepare accurate, professional sales contracts and quotes in a timely manner
  • Track and follow up on quotations, up-sell, process orders via phone, and email.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and document internal and external goods and service issues
  • Develop reports and proposals for sales presentations to illustrate progress, issues and goals
  • Obtain pertinent pre-sales information/stats from customer and/or competitors
