Job Description
- Develop and promote sales to existing clients, identify and solicit potential clients
- Evaluate the client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
- Gain a clear understanding of the client's business and requirements
- Provide input into product design, goods and services to be tailored to suit the client's needs
- Prepare accurate, professional sales contracts and quotes in a timely manner
- Track and follow up on quotations, up-sell, process orders via phone, and email.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and document internal and external goods and service issues
- Develop reports and proposals for sales presentations to illustrate progress, issues and goals
- Obtain pertinent pre-sales information/stats from customer and/or competitors
