Job Description
Ideally, you will demonstrate the following:
* Availability to travel to various worksites all across Victoria as needed
* Systems-thinking approach through experience and/or application
* Strong technical and practical knowledge of the renewables or construction industry, as well as an understanding of the application of design, operational systems, processes and procedures to reduce the incidence and severity of injury
* Highly developed critical thinking, influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
* To assess and investigate situations efficiently to make timely decisions
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to read, interpret, and apply legislation or technical standards in a regulatory capacity
* Qualifications in OHS or relevant industry/safety experience is desirable
