**Description**
SAIC is seeking an experienced **Technical Instructional Systems Designer (TISD)** to support an innovative training program for the Customer’s main technical training office. This position requires an **active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph** and is located in **Chantilly, VA.**
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Provide TISD support to technical training classes to develop occupational skillsets and help generate dynamic content and design class activities in conjunction with other instructional designers and instructors.
+ Support multiple training efforts, and work will revolve around content design and development of courses for technical occupational cadres, including scenario-based learning.
+ Create lesson plans and learning requirements, along with maintaining the currency of course materials and conducting course reviews to gather feedback and implement adjustments to training material.
