AsaTechnicalTypeInstructor,youwilladdvaluetotheMaintenanceTrainingbydevelopinganddeliveringtrainingsolutionstosupporttheEtihadEngineering.

Responsibilities

Accountabilities

  • ActasaSubjectOwner(SO)fordevelopingtrainingsolutionstomeetspecificEYEngTTrequirementsinlinewithCAR/Part-147regulations.
  • Analysetrainingrequirements,conductandevaluateJobAnalysis(JA)andGapAnalysis(GA)inordertogenerateTNAandindoingsoidentifytrainingsolutionswhichsatisfytheneedsoftheEYEngTT.
  • GenerateaTrainingSyllabus(TS)fromtheTNAorthedirectstipulatedrequirementswhichsupportsthetrainingcoursesdeliveredbyEYEngTT.
  • ProductionofsuitableandsufficienttrainingcoursematerialforeffectivedeliveryofthesubjectstoEYEngTTrequirements.
  • DeliverefficientandeffectivetraininginaccordancewithEYEngTTpolicies,processesandbestpractices. <...
