The role is key to Clyde Training Solutions to develop HSEQ based training programmes. Such programmes will include banksman/ slinging and rigging based courses, which require industry expertise and experience. The role will be of a consultative and development nature, however periodic teaching of HSEQ related courses/modules will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver appropriate and cost-effective assessment, training and development solutions as directed to meet industry and legislative standards.
  • Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for the development and analysis of existing and developmental training materials
  • Support the Survival department when required to teach HSEQ aspects of current training portfolios.
  • Consult with clients on new courses (if required)
