Technical Integration Specialist

About this Role

As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless onboarding and implementation of our platform for clients. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end integration process, from requirements gathering to go-live.

You will act as the primary point of contact for client teams, managing timelines, expectations, and deliverables. Your strong technical acumen and project management skills will enable you to translate client needs into scalable solutions using our APIs and platform capabilities.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills, with experience working with travel technology or similar industries.
