Technical IT Business Analyst

Our client, a leading semiconductor company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Business Analyst with a strong background in both ServiceNow and the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving and streamlining our business processes within the semiconductor environment utilizing ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements for ServiceNow and semiconductor initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow and semiconductor solutions
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and increased efficiency in both ServiceNow and semiconductor processes
