As a Technical IT Service Manager at Allianz, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering a high-performing Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) Service. What you do
Oversee the full lifecycle of IDMC Data Products services, from planning and design to delivery and retirement, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Manage incident, problem, and change management processes to guarantee timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
