A leading organization in the UAE is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide vital technical assistance to employees. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Windows Server and troubleshooting skills for high-availability environments.

This role includes managing technical queries, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and supporting a diverse range of IT equipment. Working hours are Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm.
