Position Overview

Onsite — Kuala Lumpur. The Technical Solution Manager (ITDR) will be the primary architect and custodian of our IT Disaster Recovery framework. You will bridge the gap between complex technical infrastructure and strategic business continuity. This role is responsible for designing, documenting, and validating recovery solutions that protect the integrity and availability of classified systems, ensuring that our operations remain resilient against any disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Solution Design
    • Define and architect ITDR strategies, including the selection of recovery technologies and alignment with RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and RPO (Recovery Point Objective) targets
    • Conduct capacity planning to ensure the DR environment can handle production workloads during a failover
