Technical Lead

CoffeeBeans Consulting is a tech consulting firm focused on making organizations AI-ready by structuring their data efficiently across various sources and enabling AI-driven solutions. We specialize in data architecture, pipelines, governance, MLOps, and Gen AI solutions, helping clients achieve faster go-to-market and cost efficiency .

We are looking for a Technical Lead to spearhead projects and product development.

* Roles and Responsibilities

● You will create solutions using cutting edge technologies and best practices

● You will engage with other leaders and make technical decisions regarding the solution and it’s business outcome.

● You will identify your audience and and explain a complex problem in layman's terms or with technical details

accordingly.

● You will have a strong presence at ground level working on and overlooking programming, integration, and testing of software systems and associated devices.

● You will strategise optimum technical solution among all possible to solve the existing business problem statement.

● Conduct in house academics to upscale technical expertise within the te

* Must haves

● 8-12 years of experience working with different architectures, tools & languages

● Strong hands on experience in one or more languages such as Core Java, Java2EE, Golang, Javascript, Latest frameworks like ReactJs/NodeJs/Angular Js, Python, Scala

● A balanced mix of technical and business skills

● Readiness and capability of building an implementation from scratch to get a project off the ground and handover to development team

● Articulate technical challenges to consulting clients in an engaging manner

● An agile mindset. Experience or advocating concepts like Continuous development, TDD, extreme programming.

● Good communication skills (technical/Non Technical)

● Experience with Gen AI implementation projects and AI will be a big thumbs-up
