Your contributions will support our mission to deliver exceptional services in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. 3. Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of scalable data solutions using Databricks SQL Databricks and Azure Databricks to optimize data processing and analytics. - Oversee the development of data pipelines and workflows ensuring efficient data integration and transformation processes. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure the security and compliance of data solutions adhering to industry standards and best practices. - Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Databricks environments to enhance system efficiency and reliability. - Develop and maintain documentation for data solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders. - Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues within data solutions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and performance of data solutions. - Engage with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and reporting. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and innovative approaches within the team. - Support the integration of data solutions with existing systems ensuring seamless interoperability and functionality. - Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of projects aligning technical solutions with business objectives. Qualifications - - Possess a strong background in Databricks SQL Databricks and Azure Databricks with proven experience in developing data solutions. - Demonstrate expertise in data pipeline development and workflow automation ensuring efficient data processing. - Exhibit knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance domain enhancing the relevance and impact of data solutions. - Showcase ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams translating business needs into technical solutions. - Display proficiency in performance tuning and optimization of Databricks environments ensuring system reliability. - Present strong documentation skills facilitating clear communication and understanding of data solutions. - Highlight experience in implementing security and compliance measures within data solutions adhering to industry standards. 9.
