What You'll Do
Drive the selection, testing, deployment, management, operations, and maintenance of Aristocrat security controls.Apply expertise in cyber security engineering to support programs, proposals, and corporate objectives.Partner with cybersecurity operations and threat intelligence for continuous control improvement activities.Deliver timely, reliable, and efficient communication about the state and implementation of security controls on critical assets to executive-level management.Participate in the documentation of enterprise security solutions to support the development of global and internal processes and programs.Develop technical security requirements aligned with organizational security policies and capabilities.Define and apply configurations of security controls for endpoints, cloud environments, DevSecOps, product security, and identity platforms.Assist in following up on information security gaps or possibilities for security risk advancement.Provide subject matter expertise on cybersecurity guidelines, strategies, and areas of opportunity to optimize security controls.Stay current with emerging security trends, technologies, and threats, making recommendations to improve Aristocrat’s security posture.Other duties as assigned.What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information security, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience. Additional relevant professional experience can be considered as an alternative to holding a degree.Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on the development, implementation, and management of security solutions.Demonstrated experience working with a geographically dispersed team.Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with security information event management platforms, intrusion detection systems, data streaming platforms, network security, endpoint security systems, cloud security, API security, and/or privileged access management systems.Deep expertise in information security technologies, networking, cloud, and infrastructure architecture on an international scale.Ability to handle complex troubleshooting challenges.Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.Ability to contribute to organizational critical thinking beyond area of responsibility.CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or other relevant certifications preferred.Excellent collaboration skills and eagerness to work as part of a cohesive team and as a partner to other teams within Aristocrat, locally and globally.Outstanding communication skills include gathering relevant data and information, actively listening, and engaging in open dialogue. They also involve verbalizing ideas effectively, negotiating tense situations successfully, and managing and resolving conflict.
