Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Technical Lead/Manager to oversee the design, development, and deployment of automation systems using Siemens PLCs and HMIs (S7-317-2 PN/DP, S7-315-2 DP, S7-317-2 DP, S7-1214, TP1500/TP700/KP400/TP900 Comfort Panels) and Emerson DeltaV DCS platforms. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, manage project lifecycles, and ensure seamless integration of PLC, HMI, and DCS systems in complex industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, development, support and testing of automation solutions using Siemens PLCs and HMIs and Delta V system.
• Design and implement control strategies using DeltaV DCS , including batch control, SFCs, and advanced diagnostics.
• Develop and review PLC logic (Ladder, FBD, STL) and HMI screens using TIA Portal , STEP 7, and WinCC .
• Integrate Siemens PLCs with DeltaV systems via Profibus , Profinet , and Modbus protocols.
• Manage a team of automation engineers, providing technical mentorship and quality oversight.
• Conduct FAT and support for both discrete and process automation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process, electrical, and instrumentation engineers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISA-88, ISA-95, GAMP, etc.) and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including FDS, DDS, test protocols, and validation reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Siemens PLC/HMI development and DeltaV DCS systems.
• Proficiency in TIA Portal , STEP 7, WinCC Comfort/Advanced , and DeltaV Control Studio .
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus DP, MPI, OPC, Modbus TCP).
• Experience in batch process control, alarm management, and HMI/SCADA integration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotech, food & beverage).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices in industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization, remote access, and cloud-based monitoring.
