About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Frontend Tech Lead (React) to own the design, architecture, and development of our web experiences. You will work closely with the Founders, Product, and Design teams to drive UI/UX excellence and build highly scalable frontend applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of all frontend applications.
• Build reusable, high-performance React components with clean and maintainable code.
• Mentor and guide the frontend team; establish coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product & Design to convert ideas into smooth, intuitive UI flows.
• Drive performance improvements, page load optimization, and accessibility standards.
• Own frontend release cycles, code reviews, and deployment quality.
• Evaluate and introduce tools, frameworks, and libraries that enhance productivity.
• Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless integration via APIs.

Skills & Requirements

• 6–9 years of frontend development experience, with deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, Redux/Zustand, REST/GraphQL APIs .
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript, browser behavior, and UI performance.
• Experience architecting large-scale user interfaces in fast-paced environments.
• Solid knowledge of frontend build pipelines (Webpack, Vite, Turborepo, etc.).
• Strong sense of design, attention to detail, and user-first thinking.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading small teams.
• Ability to operate in a startup environment with high ownership and fast execution.

Nice to Have

• Experience with micro-frontend architectures or design systems.
• Exposure to Fintech or B2C product environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Vercel, Docker).
• Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools.
