Technical Lead

Requirements

Must have:

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead in software development - Deep expertise in .NET Core, SQL, and document databases (Cosmos DB desirable) - Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems architecture - Ability to design and develop high-quality solutions for enterprise applications - Experience with infrastructure as code and Azure CI/CD pipelines - Demonstrated skills in event-driven design and asynchronous processing - Capacity to mentor and provide guidance to mid-level and junior developers - Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teams and stakeholders - Initiative-driven mindset with a focus on agile delivery practices
