Technical Lead (IICS)

We are hiring for Technical Lead with deep expertise in ETL processes , Informatica tools (PowerCenter & IICS) , and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) . This role involves leading data integration projects, mentoring developers, and delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• ETL & Data Integration:
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Cloud (CDI/CAI) .
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ETL designs.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality.
• Support both batch and real-time data integration needs.
• Technical Leadership:
• Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and ETL developers.
• Define and execute data engineering strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance on data architecture, data lakes, and data warehousing.
• Cloud & Infrastructure:
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure ) and services like Synapse , Data Pipelines , and Data Flows .
• Implement and maintain Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks.
• Project & Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Estimate development efforts and manage solution lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-deployment support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter , Informatica Cloud , and SQL .
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS , Azure ).
• Familiarity with Hadoop , Podium , and data lake architectures is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
