Technical Lead, Interactive Analytics

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead Manager (Sr. TLM) to lead the engineering team responsible for ThoughtSpot’s Liveboard team, our flagship interactive analytics experience.

Liveboards power the core of how users consume insights: real-time visualisations, drill-downs, interactive queries, KPIs, AI-assisted recommendations, and collaborative actions. You will drive the technical roadmap, mentor engineers, and deliver a scalable, performant, and intuitive analytics experience for thousands of enterprise users.

This is a hands-on leadership role: ~60% technical contribution (architecture, design reviews, prototyping, performance tuning) and ~40% people leadership (coaching, execution, quality, cross-functional collaboration).
