Technical Lead – Java

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Java to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Micro services architecture, and database design, along with the ability to mentor teams and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and development of Java-based web applications.
  

• Architect and implement Micro services / SOA-based solutions using Spring Boot
  

• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices to development teams.
  

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  

• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
  

• Hands-on development, debugging, and optimization of complex systems
  

• Design and manage MySQL database schemas, queries, and performance tuning
  

• Guide team members on design patterns, coding standards, and system architecture
  

• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery commitments
  

• Support production releases and resolve critical technical issues
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java / J2EE development
  

• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Micro services architecture
  

• Experience with SOA-based architectures and RESTful APIs
  

• Solid understanding of web application development
  

• Hands-on experience with MySQL and database optimization
  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  

• Experience in leading and mentoring development teams
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  

• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  

• Immediate joiner or currently serving notice period
