About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 5-10 years experience in strong background in backend development and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will mentor developers, design scalable and maintainable systems, and drive high-level architectural decisions in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions.
- Define and implement solution architecture and enterprise architecture aligned with financial services standards.
- Oversee sprint planning, manage cross-functional teams, and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Design and develop distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Implement solutions using Keycloak.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
