Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Work as Tech Lead for GPP, Sterling B2B Integrator and ESB.
• Attend meetings with business for requirements gathering.
• Involve in technical design and code review activities.
• Lead technical decision discussions.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide accurate reports to management.
• Should lead SIT/UAT test support activities.
• Interact with business users for SIT/UAT support and resolve technical gaps between teams.
• Review SIT/UAT/Prod deployment packages/Client (Application Installation Guide).

The Candidate

Experience

• Should have around 10 years' experience in IT.
• 8+ years of solid experience in Java, J2EE, ESB or Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Expert in Java or ESQL coding.
• Excellent trouble shooting skills in IIB/MQ – Message flow, Message set, MQ, ESQL mapping.
