Technical Lead who can drive architecture, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver cutting-edge applications using Full Stack + AI or Mendix technologies.


Must Haves:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • 3+ years in a senior/technical lead role
  • Strong background in Full Stack development
  • Frontend: React, Angular, Vue, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Backend: Node.js, Java, Python, .NET
  • Experience in either AI/ML (model building, deployment) OR Mendix (enterprise app development)
  • Strong fundamentals in Java/C++/Python
  • Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, Git, Docker, testing automation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
